These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FrameJourney mobile application (“App”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides personal progress photo tools for recurring photo albums, Ghost Overlay alignment, reminders, before/after comparison, and timelapse export.
It is intended for personal, non-commercial, informational, organizational, and creative use only.
Most app data you enter or create in the App, including photos, album names, album settings, alignment guides, Ghost Overlay settings, reminder settings, achievements, progress stats, and preferences, is stored locally on your device.
The App does not require creating a user account.
The App may use third-party services, including Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase and App Store purchase infrastructure, which may require network connectivity.
You are responsible for backing up your own photos, exports, and app data.
The App uses analytics tools, including Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase, to measure app performance and feature usage, for example screen views, app events, onboarding flow events, paywall and purchase flow events, camera/import usage, comparison usage, and export events.
Analytics data is used to improve app quality and user experience.
