These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Qleany mobile application (“App”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides home maintenance and upkeep management tools for personal, non-commercial use.
It is designed to help users organize home upkeep activities such as cleaning, maintenance, cooking, and daily routines.
The App does not provide medical, health, fitness, or professional advice. It is intended for informational, productivity, and personal activity tracking purposes only.
The App is designed as a local-first application.
All user-created data (such as tasks and plants, settings, timer history, and app preferences) is stored primarily on your device.
The App may use limited third-party analytics tools to collect anonymous, non-personal usage data in order to improve the product. This does not include any personally identifiable information.
You are responsible for managing and backing up your data where applicable.
If you use the Apple Watch version of the App, the App may request permission to read limited health data from the Apple Health app, such as your current heart rate, in order to display it during active timers.
Access to Apple Health data is optional and requires your explicit permission. You can grant, deny, or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
The App uses Apple Health data only to provide functionality directly to you, such as showing heart rate during a timer session.
The App does not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining. The App does not sell Apple Health data and does not share Apple Health data with third parties.
